For a photographer, choosing favorite images is a practice that borders on torture – like asking a parent which child they prefer. Yet it's a necessary and precious process that, almost like the photographic creation itself, helps me decipher the experience I've lived, giving shape to feelings and emotions that aren't always easy to translate into words.
